This Privacy Policy explains how FCPSRx (FCPSRx by MedRx) collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use our website and services.

1. Data we collect

  • Account details: your name, email address and password (stored only as a secure hash), and, if you choose Google sign-in, your Google account name and email.
  • Payment records: the plan, amount, date, status and transaction reference. Card details are entered on Safepay's secure checkout and are never stored by us. For bank-transfer payments, we keep the payment screenshot or reference you upload so we can verify it.
  • Study activity: questions attempted, answers, scores, bookmarks, notes, highlights and reports you submit.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, and log records needed for security, fraud prevention and troubleshooting.
  • Cookies: essential cookies keep you signed in and protect forms from misuse. We do not use advertising cookies.

2. How we use your data

  • To create and manage your account and give you access to the plan you purchased.
  • To process and verify payments, issue refunds and prevent fraud.
  • To show your progress and analytics and to save your study work.
  • To send service emails such as account, payment and report notifications. We do not send marketing messages without your consent.
  • To keep the website secure and to meet legal and regulatory obligations.

3. Sharing your data

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:

  • Safepay and its banking partners, to process payments and refunds in line with State Bank of Pakistan requirements.
  • Service providers who host our website and send our emails, under confidentiality obligations.
  • Google, only if you choose to sign in with Google.
  • Authorities, when required by law or to protect our users and service.

4. Data retention

We keep account and study data while your account is active. Payment records are kept for as long as financial and regulatory rules require. When you ask us to delete your account, we remove or anonymise your personal data except where we must keep it by law.

5. Security

We protect your data with encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, restricted administrator access and regular backups. No online system is completely secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

6. Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or to withdraw consent for optional processing. Contact us at drjamil157@gmail.com and we will respond within 7 working days.

7. Children

Our service is intended for medical graduates preparing for FCPS examinations and is not directed at children under 18.
