Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the FCPSRx website and services. By creating an account or purchasing a plan you agree to them. Please read them carefully.

1. Who we are

The service is operated by FCPSRx (trading as FCPSRx by MedRx), an online education business.

2. The service

FCPSRx is an online study platform for FCPS Part 1 preparation. It provides a subject-wise MCQ bank with explanations, past-paper practice in Study and Test modes, timed mock exams, study booklets and performance analytics. The service is delivered digitally through this website; no physical goods are sold or shipped.

FCPSRx is an independent educational resource. It is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, the College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan (CPSP). Content is for exam preparation only and is not medical advice.

3. Accounts

  • You must give accurate details when you register and keep your password confidential.
  • Each account is for one person. Sharing an account, or reselling or redistributing access, is not allowed and may lead to suspension without refund.
  • You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

4. Plans, prices and payment

  • All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) on our Pricing page and at checkout, before you pay.
  • Plans are one-time purchases that give access for the stated number of days. They do not renew automatically, and you are never charged again without choosing a new plan.
  • Online card and wallet payments are processed securely by our payment partner, Safepay. We do not see or store your full card details. Payments by bank transfer are activated after we verify the transfer.
  • Discount codes are optional, have their own validity and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Refunds and cancellation

Refunds and cancellations follow our Refund Policy and Service Delivery and Cancellation Policy, which form part of these terms.

6. Acceptable use

  • Do not copy, download in bulk, scrape, record, publish or sell our questions, explanations, booklets or diagrams.
  • Do not attempt to bypass access controls, disrupt the website or access other users' data.
  • Do not use the service for any unlawful purpose.

7. Intellectual property

All content on FCPSRx, including questions, explanations, booklets, diagrams, design and software, belongs to FCPSRx or its licensors. Your plan gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own study during your access period.

8. Accuracy and availability

We work hard to keep content accurate and up to date, and we review questions reported by users. However, we cannot guarantee that every item is error-free, or that the website will always be available without interruption. We may update or improve content and features at any time. If a technical fault on our side prevents access for a significant part of your plan, contact us and we will extend your access or consider a refund.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, for example through account sharing, content copying or payment fraud. You may stop using the service at any time; refunds are handled under the Refund Policy.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for your current plan. We are not liable for exam results or for indirect or consequential losses.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes will first be handled through our complaints process, and may then be brought before the competent courts of Pakistan.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date above shows the latest version. Material changes will be announced on the website, and changes do not affect plans already purchased.
